The price book is a single HTML file — the app and all 1,163+ prices are baked together. Cloudflare serves this file to everyone on the team. Lite users see prices; Masters can edit them.
1. Edit — Click any row to edit a price, use + Add Item to add new items, or Bulk $/lb Edit to reprice a whole category.
2. 💾 Save — Commits your edits to a localStorage draft. The amber dot on the button means you have unsaved changes. Save as often as you like — it only writes to your browser, not to Cloudflare.
3. 🚀 Publish — Bakes the current prices into MasterPriceBook.html and saves it to disk (Chrome remembers the location after the first pick — navigate to G:\My Drive\ClaudeApps\). This does not go live yet.
4. Run deploy-pricebook.bat — Uploads the saved file to Cloudflare Pages. Once deployed, all Lite users immediately see the updated prices at jha-pricebook.pages.dev.
Saves a PriceBook-[date].json file to the folder you pick (default: G:\Shared drives\JHA Steel\JHA App Backups). Use this to sync prices to the estimator apps — open any estimator, click 📂 Sync Prices, and point it at this JSON file.
Anyone on the team who signs in with their @jheininc.com Google account (other than Tim and Cody) gets read-only access — they can search and browse prices but cannot edit, save, or publish.
